This incident happen today at about 8pm at woodlands. One of the singapore custom officer was very rude to my father. We asked him to let us enter the earlier woodlands checkpoint because my sister was not well. The officer did not allow us to enter the checkpoint and was very rude. My sister situation was critical. We came all the way from jb to singapore yishun hospital for her check up since she met an accident on the week before. The traffic was quite heavy and that was the reason my father asked to allow us to the earlier checkpoint. I am dissapointed with this.. how if the patient's situation is critical? ..
