I go to service centre at puchong jaya for first service, i was acknowledge about the scratch on the car that i have made. after finish made payment and receive the car, i see there is new scratch on my car.. i did ask the service assistance and he claim that the scratch was on my previous scratch.. i show him a picture i take before the service, he said he cannot do anything as it same as previous.. i felt unsatisfied with the service as he didnt want to take the blame for the mistake..
