waited so long after booking

I have done the booking to Edaran Tan Chong Motor(Tengah) Sdn Bhd on Latest 2018 Nissan Serena S-Hybrid Permium - white on 28 May 2018. until now 7 Aug 2018 i still pending on the car allocation info. Can somebody can advice on the car status?
Full downpayment also done on 31 July 2018.
we have so many item need to consider becuase of this, renter on current car, trip plan and so on...
