unauthorized charges on my account

On behalf of my wife who is also a surviving stroke patient, I am notifying Pin free Lotto Services to stop charging my account and I want a refund for the months they had charged my account. all her accounts are monitored by me the Husband. So I am kindly asking to stop what you are doing before I take legal actions. Note.. My country is not listed in the country complaints because it is a U.S. Territory. My email is [email protected]
