Late bus
So, the bus finally arrives almost 30 minutes late- with no apologies! When the driver was politely asked why the bus was late- he gave a rude answer of him working all night and not getting a break- "try working all night without a break!"
This is clearly a management problem that needs to be addressed. Why do commuters have to suffer? When in fact we will be faced with yet again another fare increase in the coming few days.
