It's bad enough that the buses on Shbday morning come every hour during 7-8 am period. But after waiting for an hour for a bus that's suppose to arrive at 8AM and it doesn't-currently it's 8:20AM already and people are still waiting. Can management look into this matter. It is very frustrating for commuters especially if they are on their way to work! Thank you.

NJ transit should really investigate one of its employees. they are using cell phones and the internet to harass people durning working hours. this is not legal and the person should be penalized. if anyone knows where i can complain about this, please inform!

To whom it may concern from this NJ higher administrators:

This year i noticed that the bus i usually get a from NJTransit 186 at this time 6:10AM is impossible to be on time from Bergenfield bus stop and the rest of it. So many people who are taking this ride had been complaining by texting the NJ administrators regading the drivers bad habit of being "LATE" and the response is the NJ administrators did NOTHING to do something to CORRECT the wrong virtue in serving others. She is snobbed and disrespectful to the passengers. The rest of the drivers of 186 in the morning (not the early morning) are doing their job honesty...so if the driver comes from Paterson it is not an excused for not doing their early morning schedule for the passengers who are punctual to their NY or NJ job. Most of the passengers to this 186bus at 6:10 are so concerned to catch up their second ride to reach their destination. God says "DO OTHERS TO SERVE ME. AS I AM DO TO YOU."
