No network for digi

I want complaint about No network / no digi line at house area ( taman bukit berangan ria, Kota samarahan, kuching ). Cannot call , online and msg. Last month also like tat no network at all for one week .and the line for digi very slow. It's very difficult . PLEASE update the network and upgrade the speed line for digi . Thanks .
