This business is not what it seems.
The owner Tom Voorhees likes to charge people for services that aren't actually performed. He did a job for a Veterinarian who owns multiple offices at different locations where he charged him for cleaning the coils on the A/C and didn't actually clean them. He didn't even look to see if they even needed cleaning.
And he was talking about how he was going to sell them multiple A/C units and how he was going to resell the perfectly good used ones he was planning to replace.
On another job he had one of his workers go inside to look and see if the coils were dirty and he said if they aren't to just go ahead and spray and wipe them down for which he charged the customer. This particular customer he said that we don't have to worry about him, he pays.
He has trouble with troubleshooting A/C problems. When he installs a unit, oftentimes he'll wind up being called back several times because the problems that people call about he has difficulty determining what the problem is and has to keep coming back to try and make things work.
What people don't know can hurt them.
Keep in mind, he's also on disability collecting government benefits. So maybe you should be asking, how is it he can work on your job? I felt an obligation to warn people here and I'll be doing the same on other review websites for this person and company.
