No updates on delivery

Hello,my parcel ERB963114397MY / ERB963113357MY / ERB963112246MY has been stucked at PosLaju Parcel Hub. There have been no update from 20th May 2020 until now.
Its already many days, please take action immediately.
This parcel is urgent for my customer.
I understand that Poslaju delivery is affected during this MCO however it is taking too long.
