Respected Sir,

Profound grief, pain and sorrow, I intimate your good offices that my mobile Handset with my BSNL SIM card has been stolen from a marriage ceremony on 18.02.2014 and I have been lodge a General Diary at Malandighi Polilice Station on that date. My Previous Mobile No. is 9474543868,I collect the same number again from BSNL office.
Sir, If possible, please gives me the last call received information (with tower location) as on dated 18.02.2014 of this Mobile No., so that we can get indication where the stolen handset actually stored or it is used with another number.

I have attached the G.D. Copy, Voter ID Card (Xerox copy) for your kind perusal.

I hope you give me necessary reply regarding this matter at your earliest.
