i works not properly

I have purchased a nokia c503 in january 2012 .in first apperance i seems like good but while using it have many problems.hanging is the major problem and it get turnoff whiloe using it.the options of the applications is not good. Now i am really worried about my mobile.Also it has another problem files donot greater than 50 MB canot transfered.if any solutions for this contact me [email protected]
