Don't send any info to that cybercrimebureau email address. He's just another scummy loser trying to scam those of you who already fell for this ridiculous scam in the first place.

It is unfortunate that people fall for these scams - but what's worse are the people like "cyber.crimebureau" who continue to prey on the victims.

Truly disturbing

And a word of advice for those who think these things are real - if it seems too good to be true - it probably is. Why do people think they have won lotteries and draws that they have never entered? And why give up personal information? If you had legitimately won, the company would have everything they need to send you your winnings. A legitimate contest/drawing/lottery does not require you to send banking info or send any money or anything like that.

There are several ways to recognize a fake lottery email:

Unless someone has bought a ticket, they cannot have won a prize. There are no such things as sms or "email" draws or any other lottery where "no tickets were sold". This is simply another invention by the scammer to make the victim believe that they have won.
The scammer will ask the victim to pay a fee before they can receive their prize. All real lotteries simply subtract any fee and tax from the prize. It does not matter what they say this fee is for (courier charges, bank charges, various imaginary certificates — these are all made up by the scammer to get money out of their victims.
