Hi, i submitted all my documents and i received the date when i must go and sign which way yesterday Monday (12 November 2018). The guy at the pay point told me that my application was not yet approved i must come back on Thursday again to the guy who submitted my forms. i got an email on the internet from Bloemfontein and i emailed them wanting to know what was going on since no one can assist me. Someone phone me to day and told me my application was not approved because i must work for 4 years before i can submit a claim again. is this true? now what about the 3 years i payed my uif? Are they not supposed to help if you become unemployed?
