Showed closed account 3 days old not mine

These people showed up on my credit report today days 11/26/19 to 11/29/19 I never had this card or account they state they closed account brought my credit score 2 points. This wasn’t my account to begin with so they show 3 days for an account I didn’t have to bring my credit score down?

On credit report

This just showed on my credit report opened 11/26/10 closed 11/29/19. I didn’t have a paypal account to start with and this brought down my credit score crazy reporting a card for 3 days I didn’t have or ever used !
