I have been paying over $120 every month and would have the account paid off in a few months. I have not received any notices from Synchrony since before December 2022 and had no access to an online account. I just call monthly and pay/ This month on the sixth I was suddenly told a dramatic difference in what was owed. The customer service representative stated the whole conversation was being recorded. She told me if I could pay half of the $ 490 owed, she would give me by the 8th of June to pay it off. I paid $246/ I called again on the 19th of May and got a representative who said no such arrangement had been made, I finally got her to accept my payment of $100 dollars which still has not been taken from my account. I am also turning this matter into the BBB. Since these conversations were recorded. I want to have a written document from Synchrony showing the account paid in full when the final payment is made before the eighth of June
