unauthorized charges

I was charged twice for 99 cents each time for nothing!! Then I paid for a 3 day membership on a trashy "dating site" then again when I canceled the 3 day membership. I called to get my money back and they gave me a song and dance about accessing this and that. No charges for the last three days. I hope it has stopped.
