I would like to inform you that I had been charged on my DEBITcard 4318 70…... 0565 by NOR-DTFEE.COM on date 2019.04.19 for an amount of € 1,39.
I have not given consent for purchase of any service or product on any by you assisted websites on the mentioned dates. No purchase was asked and if so, I would have noticed it and skipped it. I might have not been on your website directly. No receipt until now has been received immediately by email to [email protected] or elsewhere which should be influential as well as the fraudulent way of selling in the unawareness of the possible websitevisitors. Well, perhaps I am wrong and somebody external of your organization has used my card s data. You should check this,please. For sure I am unaware of all this. I would appreciate to have the problem solved by refunding the amount, and possibly also by telling how this became possible,what service or product I am charged for and who in your organization is responsible for fairness/quality in customer care service, please. Would you provide to cancelling memberships or similar which generate charges for me. At present I am not benefiting of any services or products related to the mentioned unauthorized charging.
