I purchased a treadmill on Sunday and changed mind on Monday. I called that Monday and cancelled the order but they shipped the order out. It took over a month for NordicTrack to authorize the shipping company to ship back the equipment causing a late fee and they charged me $69.00. The supervisor was of no use and didn't want to hear about my concern. I will never order or refer this company to anyone. They are liars and has bad business practice. In addition, I was charge as $25.oo late fee because of them. Do not do business with this company. Beware Also, they supervisor was of no use and should not be in this business. I also reported the company to the better business bureau.
