The debt collector calling from this phone number has been calling my mother's phone number multiple times a day starting around October 2012.

I have NEVER lived with my mother in Virginia. I am a California resident, yet they somehow attained my mother's number. They call her all day long from 8 am until 8 pm. She has told them that I don't live with her and to stop calling.

I've called them from overseas where I was residing for a year, and told them to stop calling my mother's house, as I have never lived there and don't ever plan to. I am 39 years old and haven't lived with my family since 15 years old.

My entire family now is aware that I owe some sort of debt due to their multiple, non-stop daily phone calls to my family's residence.

Now everyone knows my business and is being harassed because of it. I know that I am not in a good financial state, but my family has nothing to do with my problems. This is my fault and not my family's. They can't help me resolve my own responsibilities.
