$72.08 got deducted from my account WITHOUT authorisation and i never put automatic renewal as an option so i'd like a refund.

I have been charged $175.99 from Norton plus $5.28 from NAB International Tran Fee on the 18/03/2019 what for as I have never authorized you to debit my credit card at anytime to do so and have never received an email for my renewal so please refund it back onto my card.I will pay it myself.Marion Chappell.

The amount of AUD $120.99 was directly deducted from my bank account. I did NOT AUTHORISE this deduction, I was not advised beforehand that this deduction was scheduled, I do not want this product. Please arrange a reversal/refund ASAP.

How do I stop this auto renewal from my Dad's credit card. He is very elderly in a nursing home and does not use his computer now, but is still being charged from his credit card. I am managing his finances, but I can't see on the Norton website how to stop this charge. I would like my Dad to be refunded please.

Please refund the payment of AU$259.97. It's an unauthorised payment. Norton had charged my without my permission. I didn't buy any renewal.

I have had an Annual Norton renewal debited to my credit card worth $226.58 on 25th September 2017. I have not authorised this renewal and indeed do not use Norton. See attached photo for detail as per bank statement.
