I have already left a complaint here on this forum with zero response. I demand a full refund immediately or I will take further action. There has been money stolen from my account and this is illegal.

My visa card has been debit with an authorised amount Norton *AP1253788253 180 068 0026 GB $153.99

An amount of $153.99 was charged to my credit card on the 27/10/2017 WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY!!

I received a charge on my Westpac Credit Card of which I no longer use, but keep as a back up. This transaction was unauthorised.
I will require a full refund plus and fees and charges that my bank has charged.

I have a charge to a credit card I no longer use, but still have active incase of an emergency. I did not authorise for this to occur, my bank has sent me an outstanding bill for not paying when I never made this transaction.
I would like a full refund plus and bank charges which I have incurred.

NORTON charged unauthorised payment on my credit card AUD219.99 for 1 year subscription of product I do not have.
They have ended on-line chats about issue twice without notice.
Stay away from this company - unauthorised credit card charges = cyber crime.

Unauthorised withdrawal
Norton has withdrawn $158.60 without my permission.

On 12th March a charge of $139.99 plus $4.20 fee was charged to my credit card for Norton renewal AP1219809504 180-068-0026GBR. I have no on going subscriptions with Norton nor have I authorised a payment to them, a b d at this point n in time have no Norton protection purchased by me. I would therefore appreciate a full refund of the $144.19 deducted from my credit card. I am taking action through my bank regarding this matter.

An amount of $139.99 together with an international fee of $4.20 has been charged to my credit card for renewal reference: AP1219809504 180-068-0026GBR. I have no continuing subscriptions to Norton, and c as such have not asked for or approved any deduction from my account. I would therefore appreciate a refund of $144.19 to my credit card. Your acknowledgement of my complaint would be appreciated.

I did not authorized you guys to renew my subscription. You've done it for both my mobile phones. Please pay back 2x $29.99 on my account.

I am very concerned that my credit card has a payment of $190.00 coming out of my account for a Norton product which I don't have.

Here are my details for the receipt#AP1220122745 180-086-0026 GB taken out today 15/3/17.

I did not authorise any payment and I don't have Norton.

Please rectify this asap cause someone is scamming money from my account without permission.

If this is not rectified I will take further actions to the Ombudsmen and to add legal action as well. I have never thought I would be the one to be scammed without my knowledge until I get an alert of a payment on my netbank banking online.

I will make a full police report and obtain an event number to have them investigate fully on who is doing this.

I will better hear back from someone in your department urgently.
