My names were different but sounds like the same scam. I Googled Norton and ended up with phone number. 855-293-3819. I also ran into an Indian tech making out like my pc was infected and only he could solve. When I said nothing beyond the Norton product he dropped off the line pronto. They called themselves Pccare247. Sounded like a scam if I ever heard one.
