Unauthorised payment

Re: 180-068-0026GBR Norton Annual Renewal. Once again my credit card has been debited for $120.99 on 27 Sep 2018. This payment is unauthorised. I do not have the subject program on my computer. This is the fifth time this has happened and I would like these illegally obtained payments to be refunded and this "Annual Renewal" cancelled immediately
