I stopped using Nortons anti virus in may this year 09. I was amased that they can take a sub automaticaly without authorisation. I am trying to get this back but the website does everything but let you contact them. So have gone to the credit card co as well. But no luck so far

You need to ask your credit card company to send you a dispute form .I have had to do this the last three years to get a refund on unauthorised transaction from Norton and yet every year they still take the money dispite cancelling the renewal!
The only other way is to close your credit card, that way they will not be able to take anymore.
