I signed up for Norton360 and paid a total of $199.98 in August, 2013. One check was for $42.74, another for help.totaldefense.com, for 29.99 and one to Iyogi.com for $169.99. I am supposed to get a monthly checkup of my computer by Norton. I have called five different telephone numbers and all I get is that whoever I talk to say they do not handle this. Who am I supposed to call? If this is the kind of service I get, I want everything refunded. I have spent three hours already today and cannot find anyone to help me.
