I was advised by your store in Delacombe near Ballarat today that pond lining sold on the roll was available. I was not able to source it at a closer store in Bendigo so I rang the next closest store in Ballarat. This store did not have it but said Delacombe had it so I rang them. They said they had 20 metres.. After finding that it was available I drove one and a half hours to find that it was not in stock. As you my imagine, I was cross, hence the complaint. The complaint process is not easy either. I was going to do it instore but there were no forms available. This is the second time I have written this as there was no advice that I had to register with the complaints board first.

Are you able to source this product from another store and ship it to me to recompense my time and petrol? <u pond project is due to start next wekk and I was making sure that I was ready for the work to start.

After ringing to check the availability of an item and being told it was in stock, I travelled one and a half hours to get it, to find it was out of stock.
I had already tried a store closest to me to find it was unavailable there before ring ing a store that was further away from me.

I am really cross that I have wasted my time with this. Are you able to find the item for me at another store?it is pond lining that is sold on a roll. The store I rang said that they had 20 metres of it when they had none. Can you source this for me at another store?
