Got a call from a driver saying that he had a package for me, which ive been waiting for for 4 days.
he said that he was going to leave it in a shop 10km form my house, i kindly asked him to deliver it to my house and he refused. when i asked him why not he said that he had other deliveries to be doing and wasn't going out of his way to bring it to me. when i told him that it wasn't good enough he got rude on the phone and said that i lived in the middle of nowhere and he wasnt going out of his way to deliver it to me.
I donk know how these couriers are still in business and why companies use them if they wont deliver to the address on the parcel.

This courier company is a joke.Have the same issue with DPD they are a joke
