I clearly remember that I ticked the box for the cancelation protection, since my visa was not confirmed and I knew I might need to cancel the ticket. But you easily say that I did not insure my flight cancelation. E dreams refuses to refund my money and easyjet claims that they cannot do so either because the flight was not booked directly on their website. I'll find a way to prove that I bought insurance for my flight and sue e dreams.
