They charged my cc almost $200 a month without my consent and they agreed to give me a refund after I sent the item back, but didn't follow through. Scam!!!! Stay away from them!!

I returned the items after founding out they have been charging $95+ on my cc without my consent and shady tactics and refused to give me a refund for one of the item. They are a scam and should not be trusted. Stay away from them!

I returned the items and they only refund me for 1 and still owe me $96 which they refuse to return. They are a a scam and should not be trusted.

My mom saw the add on tv and called for a sample. They told her it would only coast her shipping and handling. Next thing she knew her bank account was over drawn 187.00 dollars. When she called they said they canceled it because of fraudulent. Next day my mom's bank calls her they still got the money. They even denied one of the products. My mom wasn't able to buy Christmas presents this year. They won't put the money back and this won't be the end. They are a scam and I am going to help her put these people out of business.

Noticed 2 charges on my debit card from them without my authorization. Trying to stop what I believe, even tho I haven't received any product yet, automatic shipments! Bad business practice!!! Cancelled my debit card.

When I ordered my trial order for $4.95 I was never told that I would get an order automatically, which I did for $177.62..after arguing with the service rep. I was told I would get my credit card refunded for the total amount.....one month later I still have not gotten my credit...I am now on the phone for the last hour and all I get is a recording telling me to continue to wait.

I phone ordered a trial sample of a face cream and an eye cream from Novaderm and Aquaplex. The rep stated it needed to be cancelled in 16 days. I cancelled in 19 days from the phone call. The companies were offering a subscription price of $87 + for each cream if not cancelled in the 16 day time frame. I was billed $87 plus for each cream because I cancelled after the 16th day of ordering. When I cancelled I was told and sent an email that no further charges would occur and no further mailings would occur, .but they charged by account $87 + for each cream as well as the $4.95 which they now said was postage. Both Discover Card and the companies representing the two products refused to credit my account for the 2 extra charges. The company sent Discover 12 pages of rules and regulations that I was expected to have read. I am now being billed for over $187. I have been fighting this since Nov. 2015 to no avail and have cancelled my Discover card. As the conflict continued I was told I could have mailed the creams back within 30 days but I was not aware of that and it took much longer to get my increased bill from Discover Card. This is a scam.
