I am a Banker of NRB Global Bank Limited which is renowned bank of Bangladesh. Recently on dated 24.04.2017 we (Me along with Mr. Mofizul Islam also Banker and colleague) fly’s from Dhaka to Malaysia (Kula Lampur) Regent Airways where our flight no. RX0782 Bagges No. 0652672409 & 0652672410 as tourist to visit Malaysia for 01 week. But unfortunately after reaching KLIA (Kula Lampur International Airport) we have blocked at airport by special police/ force before Immigration, and they said they will not permit us to pass in Malaysia as tourist. We tried several time to explain our position towards them they even not here us for a single time. Moreover they (KLIA immigration officer) seized our LUGGAGE WITH CELL PHONE. Finally we are to return Bangladesh on dated 26.04.2017 by return ticket Regent Airways where our flight no. RX0783 of but still (i.e. Dt. 02.05.2017) I have not received my LUGGAGE from the KLIA Authority. It is mentionable that I have some important documents with my LUGGAGE.

In this situation I hope you will take the necessary steps to return my LUGGAGE in due time without any damage. For your easy communication here is -
