The owners Michelle Bubke and Larry Barlow did not pay their employees of their last period's pay as well as all mandatory government benefits.

There are more that 124 employees that they stiffed and refused to even pay despite court orders from the DOLE.

Larry Barlow said that they filed bankruptcy but based on records the company still exists.

What's worse is Michelle Bubke (the other owner) opened new companies engaged in the same business, and is set to defraud more employees. Companies she opened NRG Global Collections (Larry Barlow is also a partner), Offshore Solutions, Willow Group and My Chat Agents.
