Unauthorized charge to credit card acct

I, too, have had 2 $14.97 charges to my credit card acct in October. I want these charges to immediately end & to have this money put back into my acct.! I never authorized anyone to do this & if this is not done expediently, I will be filing a formal complaint on this fraudulent act!!
