Did not turn in our agreement of payments and future bills supposedly deducting from my credit card

I paid the bill with my credit card and she recorded the credit card for my future toll bills. $42.21 was withdrawn of my credit card 8-15-2023. A toll tag followed by mail which I attached to the windshield of my car. Now few months later I am receiving letters from their collection Agency. Please help me!
