Complaint Details - I purchased my daughter a new car in July of 2021 and we NEVER received the plates in the mail. I received this NTTA Bill in October and my daughter still had 'TEMP TAGS' on her vehicle. We notified the dealership & the DMV which told us our plates were possibly stolen and the Lady at the DMV notified the police and flagged the plates stolen. PLEASE!!! If you look at this NTTA Bill- That's NOT my VEHICLE or PLATES!!! Those plates are clearly on a HYUNDAI! Look at the symbol on the front of this photo!!!! Just check with the Texas DMW on Plates (PXV-(9781) which we never received!

I went to NTTA's online website (https://csc.ntta.org/olcsc) to make a One Time Payment of $15.00 on my account with my PayPal account. However a day or so later they took out an "AUTOCHARGE" out of my PayPal Account well I disputed it because I never set up any 'AUTOCHARGE" EVER so they had to get my PayPal information from the $15.00 One Time Payment, that is the only way they could have done. Now PayPal says "As the claim wasn't found in your favor, the credit will be reversed and the money will be debited from your PayPal account balance on 03/24/2016.I have the receipt of what I did and it was NEVER for $40.00. PayPal has never asked to see the receipt they just ruled in their favor and with NO Explanation why. I checked everywhere in my PayPal account and they are not even in my list of Auto-pays so how does PayPal let them steal money from my account? I am a disabled veteran and am on a limited budget and when I say limited that means every penny counts. What NTTA did is illegal. They stole my account information and processed another payment without my permission. Can Someone look into this???
