NTTA has always been an issue! I was just visiting my family in Dallas, Texas on the weekend of Feb 15, '18. I just received my bill from ZipCash for my current amount due if $4.10. But it was my alleged 3rd notice?! I never received 2 previous notices! I was charged $10.00 for the "1st" notice, and $25.00 for the "2nd". Although I called and stated that I never received prior notice, it didn't matter. The lady on the phone told me they work directly with the US postal Service. OK.....Then she proceed to explain that the 1st day you miss your due date, a 2nd notice goes out and the DAY AFTER, the 3rd! So basically, if you do not check your mail daily, you may receive all 3 invoices at the same time!! How is this OK? And I've talked to several others about this, and nearly 100% of the time, people have complained they never received a 1st notice. I am so mad that I have no choice but to pay this bill because alas, I have no proof otherwise.
Such a scam if you ask me.

My husband and I have never been on a toll bridge. We live in MS and drive the roads everyday and there are no toll crossings. Even if it was accurate we didn't receive anything prior to the letter rec'd today and there is a $10 fee on it!

Please remove this , it isn't fair to have to pay for something that we know nothing about.
