Due to coronavirus spreading in Singapore and the alert has been upgraded to orange on 07/02/2020, I was wearing a surgical mask when shopping in NTUC fairprice at Cambridge road. I was being rudely questioned by on of a male staff in the supermarket why I was wearing mask and buying 3 packets of rice. He told me I can’t buy so many packets and can only take 1 packet. Is this a new rule from NTUC fairprice that one person is only entitled to buy one packet of rice and cannot wear surgical masks in their supermarkets?
