I own Nubia Z17 Mini which I had deposited 48 days ago on 16 dec 2017 for body replacement at Service Center bearing address "GF-13 Spanish Court, Ansal Palam Vihar,Gurgaon - 122017".

Current situation is the phone parts have not been received by the Service Center from the Nubias's spare center.

I have paid for this phone, will be further paying for the repairs. I have spend 2 hours to reach this service center from my place, made numerous follow up calls.

But, the entire team of this Service Center & Nubia management are sleeping like a dead buck over my phone.

I want my phone delivered (repaired or a new set if not repairable by their useless team) to my below address within next 3 days, else I would handle this matter via legal means.
