I need to talk to a nutrichopper agent to see if they got my order of one nutrichopper.

This company failed to send the products of which I ordered two of them. Never seen to the mail. Never sent to street address. I ordered these items in April!! Tried calling today and waited over an hour for a rep named "Samantha" to receive my call. She said that she could not hear anyone and said she was going to disconnect the call and to try calling back! I could hear her just fine. I don't feel that this is a reputable company. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
