The Nutrichopper is advertised on TV, sending consumers to a website to place an order. I tried to place an order and had issues with the website. I closed it out, started over and the website said I already placed an order. I haven't received a confirmation to show that the order went through. I called the customer service number at 1-866-684-0477 and spoke to Robert Stevens. He asked me for my first name. After a couple of minutes of typing, he said he apologized as the system is having problems with on-line orders, so he said he could place my order for me. I questioned him about giving him my credit card # again, and he assured me that he could place the order for me. He said, after the order is placed, I could call back in 4 hours to check to make sure they didn't have 2 orders from me. I proceeded to give him my credit card #. He typed, then after a minute, he apologized again stating that he was having problems with his system. He asked me to hang up and to call back again. I asked him for his name, which he said Robert Stevens. He then proceeded to apologize and told me he promised it was a legit company. I regret giving him my credit card # (he didn't ask for 3-digit security code), and am now concerned that this is a fraudulent website/company.
