Palying loud music and news.

10.1.2018, 5:30 Bus, AY 9984 plate.
From: Dyker Heights Va Hospital 8Av
To: Sunset Park 39 st_1 Av Va 8 Av

1-Bus driver listening to music and news lowd.
I told him to turn off because is not allowed to radio playing or video playing in the bus. He did not care.
He reply very badly.
2-Another day he was missing passengers in the bus stops.

Pls help us in that isue.
You have to send him for drug test him or psicic evalution.
