The management office allowed for the plumbers in this complex to erect a stream pipe outside of the building my 80 yr old mother and I live at. Not only does the steam enter at least 4-6 apt's but it goes directly into my windows. We can't open them at all. Our bedrooms smell as if you were in a dry cleaner. Needless to say this isn't healthy to the say the least. Our manager says he's not going to do anything about it. I written to our district council leader, the mayor's office (who hasn't responded) and Channel 2 (whom Im waiting to pick up as a story. I don't know what else to do. My health is not good as well.
