Dirty tenants

Their are disgusting, nasty and dirty tenants living in the James Monroe Houses. These tenants live at 877 Taylor Ave on the 6th floor. That whole floor is dirty because the people that live there are dirty and nasty. They be dirtying everything the worst ones be Raymond S. Lewis and Lillian Milanes. NYCHA cleans up and they make it dirty again. NYCHA needs to look into this.
