Every time there is a winter storm I have to call and complain about heat. I get a ticket that is approved but they take no action for days. After complaining and complaining, nothing is done and I now have 3 heaters in the house. I should not have to do that and get such lousy service. I had the same issue when my apartment was flooding. I put in the ticket which is always approved and get service only after it gets worse. It is as if they don't believe me. Still no heat. Let them know I came home from hospital after asthma attack. Home is cold even with heaters. Kitchen remains unfixed for a month now. O sink or the entire pipe needs to be taken out and replaced so you can imagine the hole in the wall as they reached that conclusion when they finally came around to looking at it. They put a patch on it but I can't use my kitchen for a month now. I did let them know my situation, but I get nothing. My most immediate concern is not going back to hospital.
