I reported a stoppage with my kitchen sink in March. I was told someone would come to fix it in April almost 3 weeks later. I request the day off and wait for that faithful day in April. On the day I wait and even call NYCHA to confirm my date and time. I have at least once before took off from work and waited for NYCHA and they never arrived. So I was concerned and called manyl times. I was assured someone would show. They NEVER did. The next day Friday I had off so I continued with trying to get my sink fixed. And still nothing. Fast forward the following week I call back Monday. And was told someone did come and I wasn't home. NOT true I had other work being done that day(windows measured/pc installed) and my apartment was filled the entire day. I was told I had to create a new report and given a date in May!!

Since March I have to empty buckets of water from my kitchen sink. Just to use it. I have called and waited and called and waited some more. I am losing time at work. And I can't use my kitchen sink and the way it's suppose to be used. And I don't think water backing up form I don't know where mixed in with all that I cook/clean is 100% safe.

NYC where ya'll spending them $$ at!!
My rent is paid in fact as of this day you OWE me!! all I want is to use my kitchen sink.
