My intercom has been out of service since January 24, 2019. I have asked the super countless times to fix it. he keeps saying to me that he has to contact the provider of the intercom and have them come out but still hasn't done it. I have tried so many times and my complaints are falling on deaf ears. He said I'm just the little guy. Noone really wants to hear that. I need it fixed.

I live in Woodside Houses a development in NYCHA. My neighbors and I have put in multiple tickets for NO WATER. I have gone to the Housing Management office to inquire about the multiple tickets for NO WATER. The housing managers will not give a straight answer as to why there is NO WATER. When there is water the pressure is too weak to use the shower head or to do laundry. I have videoed the lack of water coming out of the faucet. This is a very dangerous situation. One morning my daughter needed to flush her eyes, thank GOD for bottled water. I can not continue to pay to do laundry at the laundromat or to buy cooked food because I have NO WATER. I need to know how I can get this rectified. Filing a lawsuit and going to the local media seems like my only options.
