Confidential Documents (EA Form, Pay-slip, Credit card statement, EPF statement, copy of IC)

Dear All.

I have submitted the copy of the documents for loan application at OCBC Melaka, on 23rd-August-2012.

On 13th- September-2012, I recieved a call from OCBC HQ, mentioning all the submitted documents are missing at OCBC Melaka, and please re-submit the document again.

Any advice on lega issues?
