Dear Sir/Madam,

Good day to you. I had permanent visa in abu dhabi. Since I travelled from Batam to Abu dhabi through Singapore, I don't have any problem which I follow Singapore rule ( I had visa, nothing drug, flight ticket, etc). But yesterday 19 April 2017, I stucked with immigration in harbour front for 3 hours with asking only 4 questions, I was hungry no coffe tea, and waiting their investigation. 1 question they ask, where did i work ? of course I had work visa in abu dhabi, 2, do you id card? yes, I passed to them for copy, 3. Company card where was I work? I gave thrm too. 4. Ask what fo you do? My job is AUT system Engineer.
I feel this is not proper way to treat tourist, What is point for them? By loosing time, I need calll taxi which spent 10 times of mrt travel. Coz I worried loose my flight. I hope my complaint have respons by Singapore Immigration Office.
