My Loan from GMAC was transferred to Ocwen Loan Sevicing , one year after a refinance . I have never been late or missed a payment ever and have equaty in my home . I refinance with no money up front just lowered my payment , because it is a manufactured home I was required to have an appraisal . After Ocwen took over I got a bill for my property tax and they said Ocwen did not pay it . I called them and was told not to worry and send the bill to them , my escrow came up short and my payment increase . I have credit Karma and it shows on my credit report as a personal loan . When ever I call them the message says they have to tell me they are a debt collector . I have much trouble with their web site and feel very nervous about doing business with them . I have now review many complaints and found out they are not a member of the BBB . I would never have chosen them , and would like a way to move my loan to one that is a member . What can I do .
