Rebate for services

I have waited over 3 months and was told that I would receive my rebate back in May 2014. I just received it today and will no longer be receiving anything for the not 1 but 2 different days they told me that I would be receiving my rebate. Then was told that I would be compensated for my time and false information was told all around!
