I applied for the wrong amount of the zyxel router, they have fixed my problem, and I will get my visa card in couple of weeks.

offerwire rejects rebate
I ordered the modem and router per the offer and supplied offerwire with the required documentation in January 2012. Now it is May 2012 and they finally decided I did not provide proof of service. I did sent the required bills showing that service was started per their instructions. I wonder if they ever intended to pay these rebates.

did not receive rebate as promised
I ordered Ubee Cable Modem and Zyxel Wireless Router under the mail-in Rebate program with Comcast. I received the confirmation email for my order from Bridgevine for my Bridgevine Order Number: ap-532064 and I was guaranteed following 2 rebates –
1. $79.95 Visa Prepaid Card with Purchase of Ubee U10C018 Cable Modem AND Activation of High Speed Internet at Participating Dealers
2. $40 Visa Prepaid Card with Purchase of Zyxel NBG 416N Wireless Router AND Activation of Internet Service at OfferWire.com
I received the equipment’s and got them installed within a weeks’ time of my order date of 20th Dec, 2011. I also completed all the required documentations and submitted them in time along with two months bills from Comcast to OfferWire on Feb 2011. I also got the tracking numbers for both of my rebates
Rebate tracking number = 520141067 for Zyxel Wireless Router
Rebate tracking number = 520141155 for Ubee Cable Modem
While opening the tracking number on their I found the following messages –
Zyxel NBG 416N Wireless Router Missing UPC
Missing Original Serial Number for Ubee cable Modem
I sent again all these documents to their re-submission department on March 14th , 2012 on the following address –
OFFERWIRE Rebate Program
Resubmission Department
P.O. Box 540156
El Paso, TX 88554-0156
But since then I have not received any confirmation from their side if they are processing my rebate. Offerwire seems to be a cheat company and never do refunds. I wonder how the company like Comcast get these kind of bluff companies involve under there banner. It should be the responsibility of Comcast to make sure the companies attached under there banner do not do these kind of cheatings to have a negative impact.

no rebate sent
Denied one of my two rebates sent in for. Sent to same address one accepted the other for no reason not accepted. They are liars about what they will and will not do

Offerwire No refund even on timely submission
Hi,
I ordedered D-Link Modem and Wireless Router under the mail-in Rebate program at the Charter Website and not sure how I slipped into Bridgevine website and finally received the confirmation email for my order from Bridgevine. Anyway, I paid online and received the equipments and got them installed within a weeks time of my order date on 11th Nov 2009. I also completed all the required documetations and submitted them in time along with two months bills from Charter to Offerwire on 19th and 21st of Dec 2009.
After 12 weeks, I received the letter from offer wire saying the installation was invalid as it was not done within time. After I called them, they agreed that my submission was correct and to re-process my claims. Now, its over 2 months and I am calling them every 10th day and they are not able to respond me with any answer. They are justmentioning that my case has been reffered to some specialist and I should call in another 10 days. They do not have any escalation matrix, and there is no corporate office of the company called Offerwire. You will never be able to reach to the higher aauthorities since its all fake.
Although, I received the $10 Manufacturer's rebate, Offerwire seems to be a cheat company and never do refunds. I wonder how the company like Charter get these kind of bluff companies invlove under there banner.
It should be the responsibility of Charter to make sure the companies attached under there banner do not do these kind of cheatings to have a negative impact. Atleast I am not going to buy anything from Charter website online deals.
